The drawings / sculptures or other artistic work 
made to order will always remain the intellectual property of the artist. 
He is the one who made it in its original form.
Nevertheless, once the drawing is given away, it may be used for private purposes.
When using the drawing or illustration for commercial purposes 
you are required to request the appropriate authorization from the designer, 
who will give the necessary written authorization.
Compensation is due for commercial use of the drawing or illustration a compensation is due.
