After receiving the photographs I need, I start with the order. |

After setting up the portrait with pencil, I begin drawing with pen & ink. I begin with the eyes, as the eyes are the most important part of a person. |

Then I begin to fill in the drawing with gradients of black by using different types of black pencils, pen & ink. |

After the pencil drawing I start adding colors by usingcolor pencils and pastels. This way I give the person his/her personal looks and colorization. |
|
|
After the colorization process I make the finishing touches.This is very important, as you have to catch all the personal characteristics of the person you are drawing. Most of my time is spent in this important stage, as it is here that you can make or break the drawing. The final result can be viewed here on the left. |
